The SX Round Reel offers a blend of traditional round-profile durability with updated ergonomic features for all-day fishing comfort. Its recessed reel foot allows the reel to sit lower on the rod, improving balance and making it easier to palm. Smooth and Balanced Operation
Equipped with a 4-bearing system three stainless steel ball bearings and one roller bearing the reel delivers smooth retrieves and solid hooksets. A gear ratio of 5.3:1 provides a balanced retrieve speed, ideal for working crankbaits, swimbaits, or bottom rigs. The synchronized levelwind system ensures even line lay across the spool, reducing tangles and improving casting consistency.
Drag and Braking Power
The multi-disc drag system delivers up to 12.5 lbs (5.7 kg) of consistent pressure, giving anglers the confidence to fight strong fish without hesitation. A 6-pin centrifugal braking system allows for fine-tuned casting control, helping reduce backlash and improve accuracy. The compact bent handle and star drag offer a comfortable grip and responsive adjustment during active retrieves.
